Montreux Patisserie is founded by award-winning Chef Lee Lay, which first started as a humble bakery shop along East Coast Road. 
Over his 40 years of culinary experience, Chef Lee Lay has taken part in numerous pastry and baking competition and won many of them too. With Chef Lee Lay at the helm, he has led his team to become one of the most trusted pastries partners in the world, with their main operating plant located at 44 Senoko Drive.
